Dr. Li Bin, a Chinese physicist, works on arms control and international security. He is professor of the Department of International Relations and Institute of International Studies,Tsinghua University.  He directs the Arms Control Program at Tsinghua University. His current research includes strategic arms control, new arms control and security situation in the world.
